Recent Initiatives to enhance financial inclusion of women:
○ Bill Melinda Gates & Karandaaz Pakistan have funded initiatives aimed at providing the highest profit returns to women, with the goal of boosting female account ownership.
○ In Collaboration with Circle Women, digital literacy is being imparted to 1,000 female customers, nationwide.
Recent CSR Initiatives:
FINCA Pakistan installed smart meters at several bank branches to reduce energy consumption and costs and fight climate change. This initiative was made possible by a partnership with SB Electronics Engineering and Control (Pvt) Ltd. (SBEEC) that was facilitated by GSMA’s Digital UtilitiesProgramme.

For Pinktober, every year the Bank collaborates with Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH) to organize an awareness session for its female employees at the branches and back offices Continuing our efforts to become climate-positive, FINCA Pakistan made employees plant 2,500 trees on Independence Day through innovative seed-infused cards. Collaboration with Fatimid Foundation, blood donation drive conducted to help children suffering from Thalassemia, being treated at Fatimid Foundation FINCA International initiated an Emergency Response Fund in Pakistan to offer immediate aid to affected clients and staff. This effort resulted in the disbursement of an initial sum of around $100,000, followed by a second installment approximately $95,000
