    Minutes:
    1.Vaseem Anwar informed the team that President Arif Alvi has agreed to attend the ABF Annual Dinner but will likely confirm the date in the middle of Jan,2022.
    2.Ms. Ayesha would like to host a welcome dinner/ ABF Networking Night for Vaseem Anwar on 4th of Dec.
    3.The total number of invites would be 80 for the ABF Networking Night.
    4. The Guests would come from the top Business community.
    5. ABF Website Meeting at Anwar Kabir office (Friday, Nov 19,2021).

    Meeting Minutes:
    Lunch with Mr Azfar Ahsan (Board of Investment) has been finalized
    Date: 20th Dec,2021
    Venue: Chameleon – Royal Palm Golf & Country Club
    Menu : Ms Ayesha will talk to the Royal Palm team about price negotiation.
    2.The subject of the discussion for the December 20 luncheon will be finalized this week..
    3 January 11th, 2022 ABF visit to Mr Presidency: The agenda for the visit will be drafted by the Excom members and sent later than by Dec 8th,2021.
    4. The ABF Sectoral Meeting will take place on Saturday, Dec 11, 2021 at 4:30 pm to discuss issues and next steps in the respective sectors.
    5. The ABF website meeting will take place in the office of Anwar Kabir.
    6. The ABF Newsletter will be compiled in January after the annual dinner.
    7. The ABF 2021 membership fee has been collected.

    1. ABF Businessman Lunch with Mr.Azfar Ahsan 

    (Board of Investment) (Venue, Topic for Discussion to be discussed). 

    2. ABF Delegation trip to Mr. Presidency on 11th Jan, 2022.
    3. Sectoral Heads plan to engage all members at sector levels with an aim to identify problems faced by members so that they can be taken up with Government 

    4. Potential Chief Guests (Dignitaries, Ministers) for future Events including AGM and Annual Dinner. Also plan to be developed to visit various Government Offices and Officials

    5. ABF Website to be updated 

    6. Social Media Outreach to be enhanced 

    7. ABF Newsletter to be printed in December Member Companies’ achievements (to be included in Newsletter)
